A native iOS workout tracker built around the training programs I actually run, parsed straight from a markdown file. Sets, reps, weights, RPE — captured in the moment, sent home as text.

The workouts adapt to how the session is going, not to a static program. The app doesn't pretend you're progressing linearly when you aren't.

In private beta. Public release pending the food-tracker side of the same backend.
